Plan for our guide

Format	Film
Audience	The audience for our guide is going to be for people that are living in the local area and local tourists.
Contribution	In our group we have decided that everyone will write one of the scripts for the venues. I will be writing the script for Voice Of Africa Radio Station (VOARS). Suma is going to write the script for the Museum of Childhood and Rubina is going to write the script for the Theatre Royal. We also all decided that we’d all record our voices saying the script. Suma and me will talk for all of the venues but Rubina will talk for the Museum of Childhood and Theatre Royal. We are going to record our voices on a tape recorder and we will go to Mr McIntosh to help us if the tape recorders don’t work. We are also going to get pictures for all the venues to put in our guide. We went to Theatre Royal and took some pictures to put in the guide we will make later on. We also visited VOARS and Museum of Childhood.
Structure	The structures of the venues we have chosen are all random because we enjoyed visiting them and we want to use them in the guide. We also are planning to add a list of other venues that people can go and visit. We are going to make the guide on iMovie HD.
Distribution	We decided that we are going to put up the guide on the internet /YouTube, so more people are going to be able to watch it. This is because many people get on the internet/YouTube every day and watch videos online. We will also put our guide on our blogs so if people see our blogs they can watch the guide.
