Over time, the way in which printed posters have been produced has changed alot. In the 1880s poster art work created by artists such as Alphose mush a were reproduced using lithogrraphy, a process that involved using hand-operated presses. Mow poster designers usually use computers to create there designs, digital, machanised presses to reproduce the work.

- You might not be able to put the actual design you wanted
- You might not have the correct materials
